If you are looking for a detached chalet in a quiet, rural location but with easy access to Meribel and the whole 3 Valleys ski region then the small hamlet of Meribel La Gittaz could be just what you are looking for!
Being built in this quiet and tranquil location is a small collection of individually designed chalets with their own private wellness areas as well as optional indoor swimming pools.
Although just two minutes’ drive from the center of Meribel these chalets feel very private and are ideal for someone looking for a traditional alpine setting but with quick and easy access to all the skiing of the 3 Valleys.
The seven chalets at ‘Chalets Celinia’ are now for sale via Alpine Property Finders. They are being built into the gentle hillside with terrific views across the valley and, when completed in 2024, will form their own small excusive hamlet.
In good snow conditions, it is possible to ski back to your door and the ‘Olympe’ lift is just 150m away in the hamlet of Le Raffort. From here you have a direct lift up to Meribel center as well as a couple of local restaurants.
In the other direction, the ‘Lapin’ chairlift takes you off in the direction of Courchevel and up to the Col de La Loze.
Chalets range in price from EUR 2.12m to EUR 3.84m and have 3-5 bedrooms as well as an additional ‘bunk’ room.
The chalets can be individually customized to your own requirements and the standard of finish is exceptional. The chalets are being built by a developer local to this part of the French Alps and the interior pictures above are from some of their previous projects.
