Meribel Chalets

Due for completion in December 2021, Les Chalets des Piste is a brand-new collection of apartments and chalets for sale in the exclusive ‘Le Rond Point’ area of Meribel, France.

Les Chalets des Pistes will comprise 25 luxury ski apartments situated right beside the piste and with exceptional west-facing views. There is no sunnier location in this popular French alpine resort.

Le Rond Point has fast become the most exclusive address in Meribel. At 1,800m it is the highest point of the village and you have views across the roof tops of the village, plenty of sunshine, and several bars and restaurants on your door step.

A new gondola will also soon open that will run well into the evening meaning that you no longer have an uphill walk home after dinner or après ski from the centre of Meribel.

The alpine-style apartments will be finished to the highest standards including parquet floors, old wood paneled walls, stone bathrooms and kitchens, underfloor heating and private underground parking. Some apartments will also have a fireplace.

Prices for apartments range from EUR 1.3 – 3.8m and have between two and five bedrooms.

There are also three detached chalets for sale which can be custom designed to suit the individual buyers. These vast chalets will have 5 or 6 bedrooms and between 336 – 367m2 of living space.  

These spectacular chalets will also include gyms, large kitchen dinners, separate salons / bar area, roll top baths, mezzanines, double height ceilings, sauna, fire places, games/cinema room and wine cellar.  

There is even a self-contained staff area / kids bunk room in the lower ground floor.  

Chalet and apartment owners will have access to a full range of on-site facilities which will include a 200m2 spa and wellness area, concierge, golf simulator and games room.

All these apartments and chalets are sold on a regular ‘freehold’ basis meaning that you are free to use your new French property as you wish.

If you do however wish to rent out your French property then you are able to reclaim 20% VAT from the purchase price. You will need to instruct a local letting agent and make your property available for short term bookings. We can assist with the process if necessary.
