Golden Lodges Rauris

The Golden Lodges in Rauris, Austria is a new apart-hotel residence is situated right at the bottom of the piste in this charming Austrian village.

Completed in 2022, the residence has 24 apartments with all the comfort and luxury you could wish for from a holiday home in the Austrian Alps.

The on-site management team are on hand to take care of all aspects of the rental management ensuring that you have a care-free Austrian property investment.

Owners have access to the full range of services and facilities on offer that includes breakfast delivery, reception, relaxation area, sauna, bar and private ski and bike storage.

The ‘Stube’ area is the central meeting point for all owners and their guests. In the morning, it serves a healthy and extensive breakfast while, after skiing, you can pick up some tea or a hot gluhwein while you exchange stories about your new off-piste route or your kids first turns!

Apartments come fully furnished ensuring that everything is ready for you and your guests.  This includes fully equipped kitchens with luxury coffee machines, Miele appliances, the latest Samsung televisions, Sonos music systems and much more.  

Floors are solid oak, Italian tiles in the bathrooms and LED lighting complete the high-end look.  

We now have the final few apartments for sale via Alpine Property Finders. These are all now completed and ready to move in!

All prices are net of VAT which does not have to be paid by signing up to the rental pool arrangements. Prices also include all the furniture and underground parking.

All the rental income in pooled across all the apartments and the income is then distributed to the owners every three months in arrears.

Owners are not restricted in the amount that they can use their apartments but the cost of these weeks is deducted from the owners share of the rental pool income for the time that they are there.

Rauris is one of most scenic resorts in Austrian and is still home to many working farms and a small resident community. Second home owners and locals alike tend to be fans of the more traditional, unspoiled Alps. You are more likely to be ski-touring, hiking or wild-swimming here than you are dancing on a table for apres-ski!
