Mühlbach forms part of the popular Hochkonig Ski Region which includes the villages of Maria Alm, Dienten, Hinterthal and Hintermoos.
The Hochkönig Resort is the latest development from one of Austria’s top resort operators. It joins their growing portfolio that covers Zell am See, Saalbach, Maria Alm, Seefeld and many other top resorts.
The Hochkönig Resort will have a total of 39 Austrian apartments for sale ranging in size from studios to large two bedroom apartments that sleep 6. Prices range from EUR 238,000 – 399,000 net of VAT.
All the apartments come fully furnished with a choice of high-quality interior design packages, ski lockers and parking.
The large terraces and balconies are predominantly orientated to the south or west in order to maximize the sunshine and the spectacular mountain views. All are large enough for tables and chairs and great for al-fresco dining.
Owners must make their apartment available for rent when not in use personally. All the income is pooled across the whole resort and distributed quarterly to owners based on their initial investment amount.
The operator will take care of all aspect of the marketing and rental management and charges at 20% commission.
The Resort is situated in the very centre of the village with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The ski lifts can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot or with the complimentary shuttle.
The Hochkönig region is a real ‘undiscovered gem’ and is one of the most scenic regions in the all Austria.
